2024 polls: Odisha CM to hit campaign trail on April 24

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik is all set to hit the campaign trail for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha on April 24.

Patnaik will begin his campaign for the twin polls from Hinjili Assembly constituency in Ganjam district on April 24.

Patnaik is fighting the Assembly polls from Hinjili seat for the sixth time in a row.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to campaign for BJD in Rayagada district on April 25.

Notably, four Lok Sabha seats in Odisha—Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Berhampur and Koraput—and the Assembly segments under their jurisdictions will go for polls in the on May 13.

Five Lok Sabha seats in the state—Bargarh, Sundargarh, Bolangir, Kandhamal and Aska—and the Assembly seats under them will go for elections on May 20.
