Saptagiri Ulaka, political activist and son of former leader of opposition from Congress Ram Chandra Ulaka has castigated Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MLAs and cabinet ministers for dozing off in the Assembly and not paying attention to the proceedings of the house.

Ulaka has uploaded a collage on Facebook with pictures of Excise Minister Damodar Rout, Rayagada MLA Lal Bihari Himirika and even Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik dozing. He has rebuked the who's who of BJD on social media for turning the assembly into a 'retiring room'.
