Bhubaneswar: Birla Global University (BGU) has appointed Tanmay Pattanayak as the new Registrar of the varsity. Pattanayak has a distinguished career and extensive leadership experience across prominent higher education institutions.
“Pattanayak brings a wealth of administrative acumen to BGU, backed by a proven track record of leadership in higher education. Most recently, he served as the Registrar at Jagannath University, Rajasthan, where he played a pivotal role in driving institutional growth and strengthening governance frameworks,” said the varsity.
His extensive career also includes key administrative assignments at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar, equipping him with a deep, nuanced understanding of managing high-performing, large-scale academic ecosystems, it added.
