There is no dearth of talent in Odisha when it comes to singing and dancing as many youngsters have brought laurels to the state in the recent times. Rourkela girl Roza Rana is the recent addition to the list.

The hip-hop dancer has found a place in the top 14 Stage-Street list of dance reality show So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) telecast on &TV on Saturdays and Sundays at 8.30 pm.

Roza and her partner Rishi had impressed the judges as well as the actors of Housefull 3 star cast in their last performance who had given a standing ovation to them.

“Roza Roza Roza...what a fantastic performance. I got goosebumps. As I have always said dance becomes a dance. It was fantastic. It had all the elements of horror in the performance,” Madhuri Dixit had said in her comment.

Based on her group performance, she landed up in danger zone called Risk Factory. However, she survived the elimination round.

Meanwhile, Roza’s parents have appealed to the viewers to vote for her to see her through to the next level.

To vote Roza, give a missed call from your mobile on 7877200119. To SMS, type ROZ and send it to 57575. Voting lines are open from Sunday 9.30 pm till Monday morning 10 am

After the auditions round, the Judges Bosco Martis, Madhuri Dixit and Terence Lewis picked the top 20 contestants from the Selected Stage Vs Street Dancers, including Roza.
