Bhubaneswar: Transgender Rani Kinnar has created a new identity and set an example for many by becoming country's first 5-star rated cab driver for Uber.

Rani earned success as the best cab driver of a multinational transport network for fine behaviour and care for passengers.

The transgender quickly reaches the venue mentioned by the passengers through mobile application and takes them to their destinations with utmost care.

Rani was praised as a driver for an ambulance during Puri Ratha Jatra in 2019 when the transgender had served the ailing devotees by carrying them to hospital.

With little acknowledgement, Rani moved forward. The transgender bought a car after clearing interview to work with Uber as the cab driver and inspired people from its community to earn their livelihood with heads held high.
