Baripada, Nov 6:

After a rain-induced closure of Similipal National Park in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district since Thursday, the officials decided to reopen it from tomorrow.

The National Park and Tiger Reserve were closed for an indefinite period due to low pressure induced rainfall in the coastal districts earlier this month.

The park had reopened on November 1 after a break of over four months due to monsoon season. However, the authorities again closed it considering the non-motorable kuccha road to the park.
