USBM holds HR conference in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: United School Of Business Management (USBM) has conducted an HR conference on the theme “Current Job Scenario: Challenges and Opportunities” here in the city.

The programme was inaugurated by the USBM Director Soumyakanta Balabantaray, while Principal Dr. S.K. Das felicitated the guests. Senior HR Managers and Entrepreneurs including Abinash Ghosh, Director and COO, Oditech Solution Pvt. Ltd.; Sekhar Chandra Sahoo; Senior HR partner of Flipkart; Rajanikanta Dash, Manager, T&D, Jyote Motors Pvt. Ltd; Tukuna Sethy , HR Manager, KIRIN Technology Pvt. Ltd; Pooja Mansingh, Senior Manager, HR, Srijan Spectrum Pvt. Ltd; Josobant Narayan Singhal, Founder and CEO, Identity Training Services; Biswaranjan Samal, Senior Software Engineer, United Health Group; and Durga Prasad Gouda, Incubation Manager, AIC-NITF  from various corporate houses shared their experience and spoke about the necessary skills to prosper in the job market and to face the uncertainties confidently.

The conference was arranged by Prof. Samir Kumar Patro, T & P coordinator and his team, and coordinated by Dr. Swati Mishra. Supported by all the faculty members and staffs, the conference was conducted strictly according to COVID-19 guidelines.
