Anugola: Police have arrested a man for allegedly circulating intimate photos and videos of a young woman from the Chhendipada police station area in Anugola district on social media.

The accused has been identified as Aditya Sahu of Balipata village. He was arrested and forwarded to court, police said.

According to police, Sahu was allegedly in a physical relationship with the woman and later shared her photos and videos on social media without her consent.

Following the incident, the woman’s family lodged a written complaint at Chhendipada police station.

Acting on the complaint, police registered a case (No. 579/26) and launched an investigation into the matter.

After preliminary investigation, police arrested Sahu in connection with the alleged circulation of the intimate content and produced him before the court for further legal proceedings.
