Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) will organise the 3rd National Lok Adalat and Enforcement Settlement Camp on Saturday, September 12, across its entire operational region. The initiative aims to offer consumers a simple and accessible platform to settle cases related to unauthorised electricity usage, malpractice, and electricity theft, ensuring timely resolution of pending enforcement matters.

The Lok Adalat will be held simultaneously across all TPSODL Divisions, Sub-Divisions, Section Offices, and designated Court premises covering the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Kandhamal, Boudh, Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Nabarangapur. The camps will remain open from 9:00 AM onwards, enabling consumers to avail full-day guidance and support.

This initiative is part of TPSODL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen compliance, promote responsible electricity usage, and streamline the settlement of enforcement-related cases. By providing a structured, consumer-friendly mechanism for dispute resolution, the Lok Adalat is expected to help consumers regularise their electricity usage and prevent future complications.

Special teams consisting of enforcement officers, legal experts and consumer-support personnel will be deployed at each location to assist with documentation, clarify procedures and facilitate smooth case settlement.
