Bhubaneswar: The eighth session of the 17th Odisha Legislative Assembly will commence on November 18 and continue until December 31, according to sources in the Assembly.

The first Supplementary Statement of Expenditure for the financial year 2026-27 will be presented in the House on the opening day of the session.

Discussions on demands for grants are scheduled to be held from November 25 to 27, Assembly sources said.

The Appropriation Bill is scheduled to be passed in the State Assembly on November 30.

The 44-day session will have 33 business days, according to the schedule.
