Bhubaneswar: Indian Bank, FGMO Bhubaneswar, organised a Mega Retail and MSME Credit Camp in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

The campaign, covering the bank’s operational jurisdiction in Odisha and Chhattisgarh, was conducted in the presence of Sujay Mallik, Chief General Manager (Retail Asset & MSME), Indian Bank.

The programme was organized in a hybrid mode with enthusiastic participation from customers and bank officials both physically and virtually across the FGMO Bhubaneswar network. The initiative forms part of the bank’s strategic vision to strengthen its presence in the Retail, Agriculture, and MSME (RAM) segments while promoting customer-centric banking and inclusive growth.

Addressing the participants, Mallik emphasized the bank’s commitment towards extending timely and hassle-free credit support to Retail and MSME customers, thereby contributing to economic development and entrepreneurship generation in the region. He also highlighted the transformative role of digital innovation in enhancing banking efficiency and improving customer experience in the banking industry.
