Odisha: Admission into +2 courses begins today

Bhubaneswar: Admissions into +2 courses in higher secondary schools across Odisha will begin from today.

Students selected in the first phase can take admissions between July 3 and July 6 (5 pm). While 3,75,958 students had applied for admissions, 3,33,573 of them have been selected in the first phase.

Cut-off marks for admissions were announced yesterday. Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar (BJB) Higher Secondary School in Bhubaneswar has the highest cut-off mark of 71.17 percent in Arts stream. Similarly, Ravenshaw Higher Secondary School in Cuttack tops the cut-off mark list in Science stream with 90 percent and Gopalpur Higher Secondary School in Commerce stream with 80.6 percent.

Merit list of second selection will be published on July 12 (11 am).
