Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik shared his observations on the Union Budget 2016 today on Facebook and Twitter.

  
While he has welcomed more allocation of funds for agriculture, housing, drinking water and sanitation, livelihood and roads, he has criticised the allocation of irrigation under PMSKY, cut in Primary and Higher Education and Tribal Welfare.

  

The Chief Minister further stated that he was happy the State Government had taken the right decision to place its budget after Union Budget 2016.
