Jeypore: Amid rising cases of sex videos getting viral on various social media platforms in Odisha, a youth has allegedly sent as many as 36 obscene videos of a woman to her husband after ten days of their marriage.

The incident took place in Jeypore area of Koraput district. The husband of the woman lodged a complaint with Jeypore Sadar police in this regard this morning expressing his desire not to stay with her, reports said.

According to police sources, a youth, claiming himself as the boyfriend of the newly-wed woman, asked her husband for his WhatsApp contact number. The accused later sent him around 36 objectionable and obscene videos of the woman.

Police have started investigation into the incident.
