Cuttack: Odisha vigilance raided residence of SCB Medical College and Hospital Professor Rabindra Jena here today for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Dr Rabindra Jena is the Professor and HOD of Head of Clinical Hematology at SCB Medical College and Hospital.

A 12-member vigilance team conducted raid at Dr Jena's government Qr. No. JO/4 at SCB Medical College Campus, B/1483 at Sector 6 at CDA, House No. 114 at Mahanadi Vihar, Flat No. 302 at Majesty Tower in Mangalabag, offices of the Principal, Superintendent, HLL life Care Medicine Store, Central Store at SCB Medical College and his ancestral house at Vijaynagar under Mahakalpada block in Kendrapara district.

Besides, the raids were carried out at OM Maa Diagnostic Centre at Ranihat in Cuttack.

The simultaneous searches are going on in 12 locations to unearth possession of disproportionate assets by Dr Jena.
