Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Uniformed Services Staff Selection Commission (OUSSSC) has extended the deadline for updating and validating the credentials and data of candidates who applied for the Combined Police Service Examination-2024 (CPSE-2024) in the state.

Advertisement for CPSE-2024, the Sub-Inspector level examination, had been issued in 2025.

The deadline has been extended by 10 days, allowing candidates to complete the process by 10 pm on November 8. The extension applies to all concerned candidates, including those eligible for age relaxation.

The OUSSSC has advised the candidates to log in to its official website (https://ousssc.odisha.gov.in) and complete the updating or validation process within the extended deadline.

The commission has clarified that the credentials and data updated or validated by candidates will be treated as final for all subsequent stages of the examination of CPSE-2024.

Describing this as the final opportunity, the commission has stated that no further extension will be allowed under any circumstances. The candidates who fail to complete the process within the stipulated period will be responsible for the consequences, said the OUSSSC.

“The candidates are advised to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute inconvenience,” it added.
