Kataka: On charges of scheming and executing the murder of a minor boy near the Mahanadi riverbank at the Lower Bali Yatra ground in Kataka, the Commissionerate Police has arrested a juvenile.

According to police, the accused, a college student, allegedly played the key role in the murder of Sumanta Sahu. He had been absconding since the incident and was arrested from the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
