Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will not hold the hearing of public grievances at the designated cell here tomorrow (i.e on July 22, Monday), an official source informed today.

The first Session of 17th Legislative Assembly in the State will begin on July 22. The decision to withhold the hearing was taken as the CM is to otherwise remain busy, a circular issued in this regard stated.

The General Administration & Public Grievance (GA&PG) department notified informing the public of this decision. The Information & Public Relations (I&PR) department also posted the government decision on its ‘X’ handle.

Worth mentioning, the hearing earlier remained closed this month on July 8 due to Rath Yatra.

Hearing of public grievances on every Monday resumed from July 1. Since then, public grievances are being heard by the Chief Minister at 11.00 AM in the CM’s Grievance Cell in Unit-5 locality of Bhubaneswar.
