Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Thursday registered a case following an alleged attack on a Booth Level Officer (BLO) engaged in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll in the city.

According to reports, the incident took place around 1 p.m. when the BLO, identified as Ayodhya Narayan Mohanty, was busy with official duties. At that time, two to three youths reportedly reached the spot, created a ruckus, and allegedly assaulted him.
