Bhubaneswar: The results of the annual +2 Arts, Commerce and Vocational examinations conducted by the Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) were declared by School & Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra at CHSE office here today.

The overall pass percentage has been recorded at 68.79 in Arts stream, 74.91 in Commerce stream and 52.61 in Vocational stream. Girls have outshined boys in all the three streams.

Students can check their marks through websites chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in.

Key figures in Arts:

No of candidates appeared: 2,30,206.

No of candidates passed: 1,58,378.

No of students passed in 1st division: 19,993.

No of students passed in 2nd division: 26,076.

No of students passed in 3rd division: 1,12,143.

No of Boys passed: 63,759 (60.88%)

No of Girls passed: 94,619 (75.39%)

Highest pass percentage in district: Puri (79.87)

Lowest pass percentage in district: Nabarangpur (47.58)

Key figures in Commerce:

No of candidates appeared: 26,984.

No of candidates passed: 20,216.

No of students passed in 1st division: 4,006

No of students passed in 2nd division: 3,734.

No of students passed in 3rd division: 12,470.

No of Boys passed: 13,089 (73.11%)

No of Girls passed: 7,127 (78.48%)

Highest pass percentage in district: Nayagarh (95.59)

Lowest pass percentage in district: Deogarh (45.07)

Key figures in Vocational:

No of candidates appeared: 7,966.

No of candidates passed: 4,191.

No of students passed in 1st division: 299.

No of students passed in 2nd division: 1,692.

No of students passed in 3rd division: 2,051.

No of Boys passed: 2,080 (48.71)

No of Girls passed: 2,111 (57.11)

Highest pass percentage in district: Bargarh (81.89)

Lowest pass percentage in district: Nabarangpur (3.92)

Notably, the result of Science stream was announced on May 19.
