Tangarpali (Sundargarh): The police have arrested a youth on charges of establishing physical relationship with a minor girl on pretext of marriage in Sundargarh district.

According to reports, the accused, Jagannath Munda came in contact with the minor girl during the Karma Puja two years back. Subsequently, Munda lured with false promises of marriage and established sexual relationship with her.

Later when the girl demanded to marry her, Munda refused to do so. 

Based on a complaint filed by the minor girl, the police registered a case and arrested Munda. The accused was forwarded to the court today.
