Cuttack: Online form fill up for Higher School Certificate (HSC) examination - 2018 began from today.

The students can pay their examination fee till 11.45 pm on November 16 and fill up the form online till November 17 midnight.

After November 17, the candidates can fill up the form with fine till November 22 midnight. They can deposit the fee amount till 11.45 pm on November 21.

However, the candidates of 15 drought-hit districts are exempted to deposit their examination fee. The exam fee has been waived off for the matric students in Balangir, Angul, Bargarh, Deogarh, Boudh, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Khordha, Nayagarh, Nuapada, Sambalpur, Subarnapur following announcement by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

In these above districts, the form fill up will be held after two days, informed Jahanara Begum, president of Board of Secondary Education (BSE), which is conducting the matric exam.

Special software will be designed for online form fill up for the students of fee-exempted districts. The last date of form fill up for the students of these districts will be extended by two days, she said.
