Bhubaneswar: On the auspicious occasion of Snana Purnima, Odisha's leading media house, Sambad Group, added another milestone to its digital journey with the launch of two new digital platforms, 'Kanak News 2' and 'Beyond Sambad'.

They were formally launched at the conference hall of Sambad Bhawan here by Eastern Media Limited Chairman Soumya Ranjan Patnaik and Tanaya Patnaik, Editor, Sambad and Kanak News.

'Kanak News 2' will focus on delivering news from the grassroots, giving priority to district-level developments and stories from rural Odisha. The platform will provide wider coverage of local issues that often remain underrepresented in mainstream news.
