Bhadrak: The Bhadrak district administration has ordered the closure of all schools and Anganwadi centres across the district today due to continuous rainfall and in view of the safety of children and students.

According to an official order, classes have been suspended in all government, government-aided and private schools. All Anganwadi centres in the district will also remain closed for the day.

The district administration said the decision was taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of children amid the prevailing weather conditions.

Authorities have urged parents, teachers, and all concerned to remain vigilant and strictly follow official weather advisories issued by the government.
