Bhubaneswar: The police today busted a sex racket in Nimakhandi area of Odisha’s Ganjam district and detained three persons in this connection.

The cops also rescued two women, allegedly engaged in the flesh trade, reports said.

As per reports, the sex racket was being operated in a building at Amarabati Nagar under Nimakhandi police limits in Ganjam.

On a tip-off, the police raided the building and found three men and two women in a compromising position. The police detained the three men for questioning while the two women were sent to a rehabilitation centre.

The cops seized two bikes and some objectionable items from the building. Two of three detained persons are the residents of neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, reports added.
