Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government announced that new applications for the Subhadra Yojana will be accepted from April 1 to April 30, 2026, through the official Subhadra Portal. The initiative aims to empower women by providing financial support and promoting inclusion.
Registration period and eligibility
Applicants must be between 21 and 60 years of age as of April 1, 2026, to be eligible for the scheme. Only women who have not previously applied under Subhadra Yojana can register during this period.
Financial assistance under the scheme
Eligible beneficiaries will receive a total of Rs 10,000 annually, disbursed in two installments for the duration of the scheme starting from the financial year 2026-27. This support is intended to promote financial stability and empower women across the state.
How to apply
New applications can be submitted through the Subhadra Portal, as well as via Common Service Centres (CSC) and Ama Seva Kendras (ASK). Application forms will also be available free of cost at all Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) and CDPO offices to facilitate accessibility.
