Odisha's Barabati stadium to host India-WI ODI match

Cuttack: The Barabati stadium in Odisha's Cuttack will witness international cricket after a span of around two years as an ODI match between India and West Indies is scheduled to be played at the venue on December 22, this year.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) yesterday announced the 2019-20 home season which includes 5 Tests, 9 ODIs and 12 T20Is.

The West Indies team will tour India in the month of December to play 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is with the host team.

The third and final ODI will be played at the Barabati stadium.

The last international match at the stadium was a T20I between India and Sri Lanka on December 20, 2017. India had won that match by 93 runs.
