Bhubaneswar: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) – Advanced 2019 results were declared by IIT Roorkee today. Sambit Behera from Bhubaneswar is the top ranked candidate in SC category of all India level entrance test.

Another candidate from Odisha, Sayantan Dhar, secured 51st rank in the exam.

Gupta Kartikey Chandresh of Ballarpur is the top ranker in Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE (Advanced) 2019 and Shabnam Sahay of Madhapur is the topper in female category with CRL 10.

While Chandresh obtained 346 out of 372 marks, Shabnam scored 308 marks in the examination.

A total number of 1,61,319 candidates had appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE (Advanced) 2019, out of which 38,705 candidates have qualified in the entrance.
