DFO dies of heart attack in Odisha’s Bhadrak

A senior official of the Forest Department in Odisha Bhadrak district died of heart attack on Saturday. The deceased was working as the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Bhadrak Wildlife Division.

Bhubaneswar: A senior official of the Forest Department in Odisha Bhadrak district died of heart attack on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Soubhagya Ranjan Sahoo (59) of Barunadih village under Rajkanika block in Kendrapara district.

Sahoo was working as the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Bhadrak Wildlife Division. He was staying at his official quarters in Bhadrak

As per reports, the DFO complained of severe chest pain today morning. He was immediately rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in an unconscious state. However, he was declared dead on arrival by the doctors.

The DFO was in good health and he had attended the office yesterday, reports said.
