Jajpur: In a shocking incident, a hockey coach allegedly raped a student in Odisha's Jajpur district. The incident occurred on July 3. 

Based on a complaint, Jajpur Town police apprehended the accused person on Monday. 

According to allegations, the hockey coach and his associate picked up the minor girl student from road and raped her at a lodge on July 3 evening. 

The complaint in this regard has been lodged at Jajpur Town Pilice Station against three persons including the coach. 

The student was receiving the training at Jajpur hockey stadium for last two years.
