Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government is planning to launch a dedicated 24-hour spiritual television channel to promote and preserve Jagannath culture and traditions across the state and beyond.

Informing about the proposal, Odisha Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan said preliminary discussions have already been held regarding the launch of the channel.

The proposed channel is aimed at spreading awareness about the traditions, rituals, and spiritual practices associated with Lord Jagannath. According to the minister, the platform will help educate people about the rituals and various religious customs of Lord Jagannath.

More details regarding the channel’s operations and launch timeline are likely to be announced in the coming days.
