Cuttack: The results of the annual High School Certificate examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, was announced today. This year, 95.33% students passed the annual exam.
The results were declared at the board’s office in presence of Minister for School and Mass Education Department, Nityananda Gond.
A total of 5,19,251 students in the regular category have passed the exam, including 2,56,099 boys and 2,63,152 girls. Gajapati district recorded the highest pass rate at 99.31%.
As per the grade distribution, 2,453 students secured A1, 15,684 got A2, 43,565 were placed in B1, 86,103 in B2, 1,29,813 in C, 1,46,152 in D, 95,481 in E, and 17,055 students received F grade.
A total of 3,310 schools recorded 100% pass rate.
In the ex-regular category, 1,433 students appeared for the exam, of which 217 passed, registering a pass rate of 14.16%.
The scorecards will be available online from 6 pm. Students can check their results on the official website: www.bseodisha.nic.in and www.bseodisha.ac.in.
For the first time, certificates for the passed-out students will be available in Odia as well English.
Notably, a total of 5,61,979 students appeared for the examination at 3,082 centres across the state this year. The examinations were conducted from February 19 to March 2, 2026.
In 2025, the pass rate of Class 10 students was 96.7% in Odisha.
The results of the State Open School Certificate and Madhyama examinations were also announced today. The pass rate for the SOS Certificate exam stood at 59.82%, while the success rate in the Madhyama examination was 87.3%.
Students in areas with limited internet connectivity can access their results via SMS. The process to get results via SMS: Type OR10<RollNo> and send SMS to 5676750.
Head of the institutions can download the Tabulation Register from the official websites from 7 pm onwards today.
