Bhubaneswar: In a major push to industrial growth, the Odisha government on Saturday approved 24 investment proposals worth ₹3,793.33 crore, expected to generate 19,924 employment opportunities across the state.
The approvals were granted during the 147th meeting of the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA), chaired by Chief Secretary Anu Garg.
The projects span multiple sectors, including steel and metal downstream industries, renewable energy, advanced materials, electronics and EV components, textiles and apparel, tourism and hospitality, infrastructure and logistics,food processing, consumer products, chemicals, and emerging technologies.
These projects will be implemented across 14 districts including Khordha, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Koraput, Jajpur, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Balangir, Puri, Cuttack, Sundargarh, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur and Mayurbhanj.
Energy & Advanced Manufacturing
CESC Green Power Limited will set up a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Dhenkanal with an investment of ₹683.83 crore, creating 153 jobs.
AVP Star Private Limited will establish a lab-grown diamond manufacturing facility in Khordha with an investment of ₹500 crore, generating 500 jobs.
Textiles & Apparel
Nandraj Textiles Private Limited will set up an apparel manufacturing unit in Khordha with an investment of ₹168.64 crore, generating 10,306 jobs — the highest among all approved projects.
Shahi Exports Private Limited will establish a knitted garments unit in Sambalpur with an investment of ₹145.50 crore, creating 1,840 jobs.
Maa Taratarini Textile Park Private Limited will develop an integrated textile project in Ganjam with an investment of ₹70 crore, generating 350 jobs.

Suryo Udyog Limited (₹70 crore, Jagatsinghpur, 240 jobs)
Pratyaksh Hotel and Resorts Private Limited (₹70 crore, Koraput, 170 jobs)
Leharsh Exports and Services Private Limited (₹60 crore, Sundargarh, 200 jobs)

JSW Severfields Structures Limited will set up a steel fabrication unit in Jajpur (₹215 crore, 1,400 jobs).
Koshal Ceramics Private Limited will expand its refractory manufacturing facility in Jharsuguda (₹275.07 crore, 1,000 jobs).
Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited will establish a steel products unit in Sundargarh (₹81 crore, 500 jobs).
Bishnu Steel will set up a stainless-steel pipe manufacturing unit in Khordha (₹51.83 crore, 90 jobs).
Logistics & Infrastructure
M.S. Infraengineers Private Limited will develop a warehousing-cum-logistics park in Sambalpur (₹112.52 crore, 500 jobs).
Inex Eco Logistics will establish logistics infrastructure in Balangir (₹103.20 crore, 225 jobs).
Consumer, Food Processing & Emerging Sectors
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited will expand its beverage unit in Khordha (₹300 crore, 990 jobs).
Jai Bhawani Foods Private Limited will set up a bar soap manufacturing unit in Cuttack (₹92 crore, 300 jobs).
Lithros Batteries India Private Limited will establish an EV and battery manufacturing unit in Khordha (₹60 crore, 350 jobs).
Jaasper Eco Products Private Limited will set up a corrugated box unit in Khordha (₹51 crore, 100 jobs).
Ekansh Agro Food Products Private Limited will establish a food processing unit in Khordha (₹50 crore, 370 jobs).
The approvals underscore Odisha’s continued focus on industrial expansion, job creation, and sectoral diversification.
