Odisha invites applications for free UPSC Civil Services coaching; check details

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has invited applications from eligible candidates to avail government-sponsored coaching for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

According to a notification issued by the Department of Higher Education, a total of 200 aspirants will be enrolled under the UPSC Civil Services Residential Coaching Programme for the 2026–27 session. The free residential coaching will be provided to candidates who are domiciles of Odisha.

The programme will include free food and accommodation. The duration of the coaching will be 11 months, covering both Preliminary and Main examinations, including General Studies and optional subjects as per the UPSC syllabus.

Interested candidates can apply through the SAMS portal of the Higher Education Department — www.samsodisha.gov.in.

Detailed guidelines are available on the official websites: www.dhe.odisha.gov.in and www.samsodisha.gov.in.

The Common Application Form (CAF) will be available on the SAMS website from 11 AM on June 8, 2026. The last date for online submission of applications is 11:45 PM on June 19, 2026.

Applicants will be required to pay an application fee of ₹100 through online mode.
